Dual Foam
To further ensure that the water remains at its original temperature, we have added a second layer of foam insulation through rotational molding technology.
Double Lid with Lock
These tanks are the only tanks in the market with 2 lids, the first one is a female threaded screw lid that seals the tank tightly thus protecting water within from dust, rainwater, mosquitoes etc. the second one is a special insulated lid placed above the first one which ensures that no heat or cold effects the water within the tank from the manhole of the tank. Also, after tightening the lid the user can lock the lid with the body of the tank, to prevent irds and animals such as pigeons, monkeys etc, from contaminating the water within.
Virgin & Food Grade Material
Beyond the Poly Urethane foam insulation, the inner tank is made from 100% Virgin, Food Grade & UV Protected LLDPE Material.
UV Stabilized
The outer layer of these tanks contain special additives that protect against UV rays, which prevent cracking, chalking and loss of other physical properties of the tanks.
Prefabricated Inlets / Outlets
For further convenience of our customers these tanks come with prefabricated holes for inlets and outlets.

100% Hygienic, Anti-Bacterial Inner Layer
The Innermost layer i.e. The one which comes in contact with water is made from 100% Virgin, food grade LLDPE Material and also Contains special Additives, which prevents the growth of Bacteria, Algae & Fungi within the tank thus ensuring the purity of the water within.
Lifting Provision
Purex Thermotech 6 Layer FRP Insulated Water Storage Tanks weigh 3 to 4 Times more than the other tanks available in the market, we have built a provision for lifting the tanks easily to higher floors without the risk of breakage.
Foam Insulation
Purex thermotech 6 layer FRP water storage tanks are insulated with a 50mm thick layer of polyurethane foam which keeps the water inside at its original filling temperature for a long period.
