Using our 15 Years of experience as manufacturers of water storage tanks,
we have created a product that protects the water inside from the outside temperature. It is less than half the price of stainless-steel tanks.
These tanks are completely insulated by a 50MM thick layer of poly urethane foam and contain an additional layer of 3MM thick rotational foam,
which keeps the temperature of the water same no matter how hot or cold it is outside.
We have taken special measures to ensure the purity of the water within the tank: -
1. the innermost layer i.e. the one which comes in contact with water is made from 100% virgin, food grade LLDPE material and also contains special additives, which prevents the growth of bacteria, algae & fungi within the tank thus ensuring the purity of the water within.
2. these tanks come with a female threaded screw Lid that seals the tank tightly thus protecting water within from dust, rain water, mosquitoes etc.
Also, after tightening the lid the user can lock the lid with the body of the tank, to prevent birds and animals such as pigeons, monkeys etc. from contaminating the water within.

The maximum change in temperature will be of around two degrees in 24 hours under an atmospheric temperature of 45 degrees.
As Purex® thermotech 6 layer FRP insulated water storage tanks are not affected by the outside temperature the water in these tanks does not become cold like the atmosphere.
Thus, they help in reducing the electricity consumption of geysers.

For insulating the pipes from the sun, the pipes should be covered using ‘closed cell rubber foam pipes’ these are commonly used for insulating copper pipes of air conditioners.
