Purex Four Layer Mono Foam Water Tanks consist of 4 Layers, each of which has its own special quality and Purpose in making it one of the best available tanks today.

  • 1st Layer - White/ Colored Layer made from 100% Virgin, Food Grade, UV Stabilized and Dust resistant LLDPE Material.
  • 2nd Layer - Black layer of LLDPE for Extra Strength and to prevent sun rays from entering the tank.
  • 3rd Layer - Layer of Rotational foam Insulation.
  • 4th Layer - The last inner layer that comes in contact of water is made from 100% Virgin, food grade & anti-bacterial protected LLDPE Material.

5 Layers Tank

Purex Five Layer Dual Foam Water Tanks are the heaviest tanks at this time in Rotational & Blow Moulded Tanks. Also, the Use of Superior Quality Materials and a design with Thin, closely spaced ribs adds strength to the tank and reduces the risk of bulging/ bursting when full.

  • 1st Layer - Extra Strong Outer Layer made from UV Stabilized Fiber reinforced Plastic.
  • 2nd Layer - 50MM Thick Layer of Poly Urethane Foam Insulation.
  • 3rd Layer - White Layer Made From 100% Virgin, Food Grade, UV Stabilized LLDPE Material.
  • 4th Layer - Black layer of LLDPE for Extra Strength.
  • 5th Layer - A layer of Thick Rotational Molded foam for additional protection against Heat & Cold.
  • 6th Layer - The last & final Inner layer that comes in contact of water is made from 100% Virgin, food grade & anti-bacterial LLDPE Material.

  1. Tanks are to be installed in an upright position, provide full bottom support to the tank, install on smooth, solid, and plain surface which is free from any stones, iron bars or any debris.
  2. Fitting is to be done ONLY in the prefabricated inlet/ outlet holes provided by the company.
  3. Fitting is to be done with a tank Adapter with double rubber gaskets made of CPVC/ UPVC/ PP-R/ Galvanized Iron Fittings.
  4. For fitting of inlet and outlet use the recommended sizes given in the above table
  5. In case tanks are to be interconnected, this should be done through common manifold with flexible pipes as shown in the fig.
  6. Do NOT use tanks for any purpose other than storage of water.
  7. Do NOT install tanks near areas of vibration.
  8. All pipes connected to the tank should be supported i.e., they should come in contact of the ground so that if anyone steps on the pipes it does not cause damage to the tank.
  9. These tanks must not be used for underground installation unless supported by load bearing walls and a full underground slab.
  10. Failure to follow the installation guidelines will render the warranty Null & Void.
